The haunting of the Old Port Boca Grande Lighthouse.

This old lighthouse found on Gasparilla Island in the Gulf of Mexico, Florida, is said to be haunted by two spirits.

The first of believed to be that of a child of a former lighthouse keeper, who passed away at a young age within the lighthouse. The child is still heard playing in a second floor entranceway.

Aside from this, the building is also believed to be haunted by the a young Spanish princess named Josefa who had been brought to the lighthouse by the legendary pirate Jose Gaspar, better known as Gasparilla. Apparently she turned down his advances and in his anger he beheaded her.

Her headless body can still be seen wandering the shorelines today.
