The murdered soul of Drury Lane.

Drury Lane Theatre, London is believed to be haunted by the soul of a young man who was murdered at the site in 1780.

This spirit has been seen many times and is often described as a soft green glow, or simply the image of a handsome young man.

During renovation work at the theatre in the late 1970's, builders found a buried skeleton the remains of a grey riding coat and a knife sticking out of its ribs. It is believed this may be the remains of the young man, for whom a body was never located.
