I'm not quite sure what to make of it... on a rational note, it could be one of those "roof-hoppers" that I have seen on the TV, but then again it does seem to have wings.

What does everyone else think?

I think it is a roof jumper myself, some of these insane people wear boiler suits which are attached under the arm to the waist, looks like a cape, whoever it was delibrately made it look the suit light coloured to get sort of rumour going.

I agree it seems to be someone jumping off, or maybe a mad man trying to fly

Whatever it is it landed on the roof ok, and that looked solid enough.
