hi, my name is Alicia, i'm 24 and my brother Danny is 23, we are from London. Danny and i have caught orbs and noises at my house on video camera which we did for a few weeks, all of a sudden nothing was happening and all went quiet, we caught nothing else on camera.Then one night Danny stayed over and the noises started again only to stop again when Danny leaves. Why does this happen only when Danny is around my house :?: Has anyone had the same experience :?: :)

It sounds like Danny does something that antagonises the spirit/entity, or perhaps he simply reminds the spirit/entity of someone they once knew, or even they may have known Danny himself.

Hopefully other members may have experienced similar events and will be able to let you know their ideas too!

well our mum passed away in April 2003 but we're not sure if it's her cos things were happening since we moved in which was in 1996, we don't think it or they are bad spirits :)

What kind of noises have you caught?

I fall into the group that thinks that orbs are dust particles or something similar. Let us know if you catch anything anything else.

Just out of interest, have either of you had strange or memorable dreams since these things started?

The only dreams that me and Danny both shared were of our mother, she passed away in 2003, the dreams started not long after, the only thing is, is that the ghost noises and sightings within my house started happening in 1997, just one year after moving in, it was our mother who saw the ghost and heard the noises. Me and Danny decided to check it out after our mother passed. After catching orbs, we did tests through Dan,s night vision camera. We did the test with dust, small feathers, and flying insects. Dust does'nt show through night vision, small feathers do show, we did a test with feathers because a few orbs we caught looked like them only we found that feathers float from side to side while falling and as for flying insects, well, not only do they fly around changing a different direction unexpected, they seem to show abit brighter too. The noises we got on camera can't be explained because the night vision camera was put in front of my bedroom door facing the stairs and left on through the night, the creaking on the stairs sounded like someone creeping slowly (As Dan is a big boy he walked slowly up the stairs to test it) and you have to be quite a heavy person to make my stairs creek but nobody was seen on the stairs through the camera. When we leave the camera on during the night we don't have the date and time on just incase something goes across the lens and we won't be able to see what it is properly, so another night we decided to leave the camera in the kitchen doorway facing the hall with the sittingroom on the left and stairs on the right, nothing was happening then all of a sudden the date and time came on for about 5 seconds then went off again, i found it quite freaky. :shock:

That’s very interesting, it sounds like something is going on for sure.

The orb experiment is good also, I don’t have a camcorder (or a camera at the mo :( ) but the main reason that I think orb digital pics are dust is because all of the ones I have captured have been in places that you’d expect a lot of dust, like Museums or Galleries, or the orbs seem to be reflecting light from the same direction.

Ive watched programmes on cable where people have got them in to get rid of nusiance spirits and they all worked out pretty well. It just an option for you!
